Fantastic, best experience I've had when buying a car. Steve Hughes was excellent! It was the first time in my month long search that I felt like a Sales Consultant really listened to what I was saying. I knew which car I was interested in, what I wanted to pay and the whole process far exceeded my expectations. I ended up with the car I wanted with all the features I wanted thanks to Steve and even a lower interest rate then I was getting with my CU thanks to the finance dept. I highly recommend Joyce Coons.

The planning ahead and the attention to detail in the early stages of this purchase made the final paperwork and completing the purchase easy and quick. I drove from Greensboro NC, 4.5 hours away to purchase the truck. The truck and all the details were ready, I was promptly taken care of and out the door in about an hour. Had to be the easiest and fastest vehicle purchases I have ever done. Completely satisfied, and happy I chose to do business at Joyce Koons GMC. Hats off to all the team that helped make this happen.

Sales persons were very informative and provided quality service. Sales manager took time to confirm eligibility for all possible rebate offers. Financing took time to answer all questions and reached out for confirmation on questions from customer.

Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that
Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. I will continue to use this dealership due to the level of of care I received. Great service!

I have a big concern.
I have a big concern. I was told I cannot bring my vehicle to your shop anymore because you do NOT accept the maintenance package I purchased when I bought my truck brand new from the Tyson?s GMC. I am very unhappy about this. And I asked to have a manager contact about this and why you don?t take it. I am still waiting. And I am. It happy about this.

Most people don?
Most people don?t think of a dealership for routine maintenance but Koons Manassas as an excellent place to start. Prices are fair. Service is done on time and pricing is very transparent. Give these pros a try.
