I loved my experience at MK Smith Chevrolet. Tim was easy to deal with and the manager Jason was outsatanding. They made my decision easy and I did not feel pressured in making my decision to purchase my vehicle. This is my fourth vehicle in 15 years at MK Smith I have tried other dealerships and this is hands down the best. Thank you.

I love the service and the professionalism, quick and easy and flexible. They are class acts, would hang and talk to those guys all day. Very good experience buying used car here. Fast, friendly, helpful service. Easy and enjoyable to work with. No pressure. No bad vibe. Not pushy at all. Straight forward negotiation without all the BS and time wasting. In and out relatively quickly for the initial test drive and for completing the transaction.

My contact was not correct and. I was overcharged also...
My contact was not correct and. I was overcharged also the side step promised on our truck was not delivered as promised but they put a cheap side step on there $43k chevy truck. Sad it's our third car purchased there and we won't be going back.

Disappointed
Brought vehicle in for check engine light. Dealer said since I had no appointment they wouldn't be able to look at it for 2 or 3 days. Shame on me for not predicting when the check engine light would come on so I could make an appointment. Considering this vehicle was purchased at MK Smith, and I've brought our Cruze in many times for maintenance I think it would have been reasonable for them to at least determine the codes involved so it could be determined whether there was risk driving the car. But no ... they wouldn't even do that. I will remember this the next time I want to buy a new car, or service any of my Chevrolets.

MK Smith is ok with me.
I would like to mention first, that I hesitated going to MK Smith to review my options for the upcoming end of my 2017 Camara lease. We have always purchased/leased our vehicles from MK Smith since 1994 - my son (20 years old at the time) went there to purchase his first car in the fall of 2018. He put 10,000 down and is now financing for 6 years. It is just a simple Malibu (that was actually a 2016). I have been extremely upset as I feel he was definitely taken advantage of. That being said, as I did lease my Camaro from MK Smith and it would end in March 2020 I did decide to go to this dealer to discuss options. I was greeted by a very helpful salesman named Jesse who was very knowledgeable and courteous to me. After review of my options I decided to purchase my Camaro and the process, although it took awhile due to a previous customer ahead of me - he took forever in finance - not Jesse's fault - I left feeling very good about my choice. I did share my son's experience (and he did too as he was with me) with Jesse and also the finance manager. I am sure they gave us the company line regarding the amount of money and payments and I understood they could not really address what happened to my son and still support their staff. My son will probably not purchase another car from them if the opportunity arises, I am happy with my choice as it was convenient for me at this time. Will I return for another car in the future or recommend them to my daughter who will be returning to the states in the next few months and will need a new car, that remains to be seen. Please note, Jesse, my salesman, was very kind.
