Another great experience

I'm a repeat customer of Koons Ford and have a very good experience each time. Caleb was awesome. He's not high pressure and understood our needs. . Not your typical sales personality. Enjoyed working with him.

My experience with service department was excellent.

My experience with service department was excellent. My experience with trying to get appointment and trying to speak to someone about what maintenance might be recommended was a F- rating. I was transferred from person to person. I would start over trying a different number selection and just as bad. When I could speak with someone no one could answer my question. Finally I got an “advisor” got answers and an appointment.

Ordered a Bronco in November expecting a 6 month wait, but it came in the first week March to my surprise! Hamza did a great job getting it ready and provided a demo. Buying process including financing was very smooth!

Fast & Efficient

I have a landscaping company and 8 ford trucks. I take them all to sterling for repair or warranty work. The service is great I take everything to Joey and he gets it fixed usually very fast if not he lets me know it will be a while for parts or something beyond his control.

Better Communication

The advisor who help check me in was great. The advisor who handled answering my questions on issues with my 4x4 reversing concerns was lazy. He kept changing his story why my truck was having issues reversing so I have no confidence that he properly diagnosed my truck. Finally got to where he said he would check it again but I had already spent a better part of my day waiting for him to diagnose it correctly the first time. I will bring it back and ask for a different service advisor. He would have done himself a favor if he came and talked to me in person too.

Bought a Ford F-150 - Great Truck!! Our FIRST!

We had test driven a Silverado and decided to look at a Ford 150 based on their reputation. We were NOT looking for a new vehicle. Our salesman was Greg Williams, Commercial Sales Manager for Koons Sterling Ford. Nice guy, but more importantly very knowlegeable about trucks. He was not pushy, but encouraged us to consider the market and scarcity of vehicles. He also pointed out all the safety features of the truck, as well as its towing ability, which was important to us. We soon made the decision to purchase the truck and are extremely pleased with it so far.
