We purchased our second car from David Dean at Fitzgerald

We purchased our second car from David Dean at Fitzgerald Toyota. Our first one was in October 2023 (Prius XLE AWD) and the other was in November 2024 (Toyota Tacoma Limited). If you want somebody who is super in tuned to your needs, guided by honesty and integrity, then I highly recommend David. I hand picked him at the Gaithersburg location over a dealership that was far closer to my home as the sales experience was well worth the drive. There is a fun family feel to Fitzgerald and this carries over into the Service department as well.

I've had a great experiencie at this location, never felt

I've had a great experiencie at this location, never felt pressured into buying the car. The team went above and beyond to find the car I wanted. David always explained everything to me very clear and straight forward.

Were not planning to purchase a vehicle when we arrived

Were not planning to purchase a vehicle when we arrived but loved the way the car looked and David and his co-workers did a great job working through the trade-in and purchase process. Since it was Sunday (and we were not aiming/prepared to buy that day) finalizing the purchase went into Monday and David drove the vehicle to us - about 90 minutes one way - to close things out

Salesperson David was great!

Salesperson David was great! He kept us in the loop on the progress of the vehicle we reserved. He gave us time to get to know the car before the test drive and explained the features well. The dealership was open and honest about a lease hack we were attempting and didn't discourage it. I was surprised that the finance person asked for our credit card without offering any information on the lease calculations and fees. It all seemed in order but I think we shouldn't have had to ask for details. When as we were taking the final look at the car we discovered it had been damaged. We are not sure if it happened at the port or at the dealership during the final fueling. While accidents happen, it shouldnt ever be discovered by yhe customer who has just signed a deal. However, we felt like the management worked respectfully and openly with us to come to an agreeable solution. In the end the Prius Prime was worth waiting for and it was worth traveling to Fitzgerald to acquire it.

Great transaction with a very professional team.

Great transaction with a very professional team. Flew in from out of state after settling on deal. They picked me up at airport at 11am and I was heading back to SC by 2pm in a new Land Cruiser.
