When I walked into Fitzgerald’s showroom, little did I know that I would gravitate to Chris Ogene who it turned out had guided half of my family to many happy miles in their new cars. It wasn’t in my plans to be looking at any cars until someone else decided to total my beloved minivan. Chris was very patient with my sudden need to find a mode of transportation. He answered my long list of questions, even when I came back another day with more. Kevin Flynn was also there to assure me that I would be joining a long list of patient customers waiting for the elusive Sienna. We worked out a satisfactory stopgap while I waited.
