Max is on top of his game.

Max is on top of his game. Always attentive to his customers. He makes every experience less stressful and a joy to purchase a car. We’ve been going through Max for a very long time. It’s always a pleasure.

Terrible service I got a oil change here and they never

Terrible service I got a oil change here and they never changed my oil filter they are good at charging but not doing a good job

Horrible customer service didn't receive a call back from rep or a message definitely not going back there for service and they had the baseball game on seem to be more focused on the game than attending customers

Excellent service from Vanessa at the service desk

dropped of my Silverado 2500HD for suspected battery issues and electrical issue I was greeted by Vanessa Garcia at the service desk she was wonderful.

Horrible dealership, worse communication!

Horrible dealership, worse communication! Service department needs a reboot. No follow up, and lots of excuses when confronted.

I am so disappointed in this dealership.

I am so disappointed in this dealership. We have brought our Chevy Suburban here for servicing since we bought it 10 years ago and let me tell you we brought it in for a lot of servicing - we probably bought a lemon - probably spent close to $30,000 in repairs including a new engine. At 10 years this May it did not pass the smog check and we needed a copy of the invoice for the repairs (it still did not pass smog check even after the repairs were done in June). My husband always had them email the invoice to his email address on file. He called and was told no - new privacy policy - for a repair that he identified and has requested and was told he had to go in person with ID (work in Century City and it would have taken 3 hours to drive there and come back). They never ask for your ID when you take the car in and pay for the repairs - I guess it does not matter then when they want your money - but you suddently need it to get a copy of the invoice! I am the registered owner, I also called and was told no I could not get it either - even though they can confirm my identity as I have a public website and could send them a copy of my DL. I asked to speak to the manager and was given voice mail. Left a voice mail but no response back. Then called repeatedly the service department but the women there kept putting me on hold and then into voice mail, as they were clealy screening my calls. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - TALK ABOUT PURPOSEFULLY ANGERING YOUR CUSTOMER. We are done with them. In addition to never bringing this vehicle here, we will be consulting legal counsel on the multitude of poor repairs, including the failed smog repairs, and we will NOT be bringing our new 2023 Suburban here EVER.

Freddy in sales is an idiot!

Freddy in sales is an idiot!!! He let an UNINSURED VEHICLE leave the lot rather than sell the temp binder as requested. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! He will say anythFreddy in sales is an idiot!!! 11/28/2022 I had an appointment for 11:30 and waited

11/28/2022 I had an appointment for 11:30 and waited around for my truck they didn’t start on my car till 3:00 and I didn’t get my car till 4:10 why so long it’s because the employees sit round talking to each other and not doing their job I’m very disappointed in my service today and I only went in for and oil change that was way to long for and oil change and they was not as busy as they say like I said the employees do more talking than actually working
