Emailed twice about a car we were interested in and after telling him we will be looking around at other companies right now he emails me, Really? After all that emailing? WOW and calls.... So you call, email him make sure you're buying or he gets extremely upset :/ So glad we didn't buy a car from him absolutely disgusting

I found a car of interest online and called to make sure it was still available. Danny was very nice on the phone. When we arrived the next day, Donnie helped us. He was friendly, easy going and handled my questions like a Pro. They really work as a team. I liked the used car, it needed a little work, and I wanted a good deal. I know they need to make a profit and they were willing to negotiate. I really appreciated that. I do not love car shopping and Donnie and Rami made it as pleasant as possible. They were really willing to make a deal. Thank you. It is easy to recommend this business for great service and fair value. Dream City will be a the top of our list when we need a replacement truck for my husband or a car for the teenager.

After searching all over for a good deal on a used car, I was referred to Dream City by a family friend. I found a car online that I liked and was within my budget. I went in and test drove it, it ran great. Went ahead and purchased the car the same day. Buying process was easy, no gimmicks or hidden fees. They didn't try to sell me anything I wasn't asking for. Six months later, and I haven't had any issues with the car, no repairs besides regularly scheduled maintenance. I have and will continue to recommend Dream City to my friends and family. When i'm in the market for another used car I already know who I will be calling.

Nick was my salesman i came in and told him your the third place i have been and was tired and frustrated. .nick worked his magic and i went from 2003 car to 2016 car. Great experience.

After a week of looking at a truck, given one number, the sales team raised the price of the truck by 35% the day of the sale. We were treated like morons and the sales team were disrespectful. I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone

This is the second car I have purchased from Dream City. The first one was in 2011. They are AWESOME! It really annoys me to look at these ratings and I read through them all. ***At the end of the reviews on page 4 and 5 is where the real ratings are. The ones that are very positive.****** The car I just purchased, Mehdi actually found and purchased the car I wanted. He worked very hard to get a very good interest rate with a well known bank. The salesmen are all great, I did not feel any pressure to purchase a car I did not want, in fact one of the salesmen took the time to teach my son how to properly drive a manual transmission so we he could safely drive the car. I purchased a 2015 for a better price than the bigger dealers and they handled everything and went above and beyond to make certain we were totally happy and got a great car. The car has minimal miles on it and everything is perfect. Rami facilitated the financing paperwork and David was so kind to work with us during Mehdi's time off. The car I purchased in 2011 was also a great experience, it is difficult to not like Mehdi, he is awesome! It was my first experience with a small dealer and it was my son's first car. We did not really know what to expect, but Mehdi really helped. He made it easy to get the financing and he even found a better rate than was originally negotiated, with a larger bank . This part is important: The car ran well however when we had driven it a bit before taking it to school there was a problem with something in the front part of the engine. We took it back and they repaired it without an appointment! My son took it to school and a few months later the tie rod broke. Mehdi said we could bring it in and he would fix it but my son was at college and it was not feasible, so Mehdi paid for it!! That was great customer service! The car ran really well since then - no problems at all! In fact each time we got the oil changed the guys at the different places would comment on how well it ran and how quiet etc it was. So it was only the best choice to go back to them to buy a new car. I LOVE the new car! They are AWESOME! Please take the time to read the reviews on page 4 and 5 before you decide to not meet with them.

Bought a truck from this place come to find out its been wrecked and had multiple things wrong with it. It has been at Thierry shop for a month and I keep getting the run around "a couple more days and it will be done" I don't even know what they are doing

Rami did a great job working with my needs and got me a great deal with both the bank and the truck. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of even after the deal was done with a couple minor issues that he didn't need to take care of! I will be back for my next truck and car, thanks again Rami!
