Tino Ruiz was very pleasant and helpful. Everyone there are very polite, every time I?m been there.

I brought my GS 350 in because the gas pump stops every 3-5 seconds as if the tank is full and it is not. The technician said he would need to replicate the issue and would need the car. I was given a loaner vehicle and told it would take a few days to get my car back. They had my vehicle over 4 days. I was told they couldn't replicate the issue. I get my vehicle back and go to fill up 2 days later and guess what.. the pump stops 3 seconds into the fill up. I called the service guy and have not received a return call. I have not tried another gas station yet, as that was the 1st fill up after receiving the car back.

My service advisor, Tino, the day I brought in my vehicle for service was very good. He was professional and courteous. But I was completely disappointed with the service department and parts department. During my previous service, May this year (7 months ago), I was told that there was a recall on a restraint part for the passenger seat. They said I would receive a card in the mail or someone would contact me to let me know when the part was in. Well I never received any notification and if I had not mentioned it to Tino it would have never been taken care of. Thankfully Tino was able to get the part in the same day that I was in for my service so I did not need to make an extra trip. I am not sure who dropped the ball and was irresponsible for not contacting me but to say the least I was not pleased.

We had a wonderful experience, Jim Martin was very pleasant and friendly he explained everything carefully, we are very happy with our lease.

Jeff Erskine always takes such good care of me. He keeps me apprised on a timely manner the status of my service. I would highly recommend Crowne Lexus for your purchase and repair/maintenance. Be sure to ask for Jeff!

The Service Consultants are soooo good. they will guide you on the best service required on you Lexus based on the mileage and year. Servicing takes not very long time and they made sure more than what you choose to do with your car will be done accordingly. Besides, while waiting snack is free at their lounge area. thank you, Crown Lexus of Ontario
