This experience was very good! Service guy did the excellent job, I will take my car go back again soon to do the transmission service.

Finance Dept. STINKS!

First of all I have only good things to say about the salesman who assisted me. We struck a fast deal, all was easy; EXCEPT when I arrived at the finance part of the transaction. In addition to exceptional rudeness; they did not know how to handle the down payment process. Having paid the down payment they took seven days to deliver the car. Seven days after the delivery of the car they sent a "Notice of election to rescind" based upon being unable to find me a financial company. I was Lexus approved in one hour with a 20% down payment and I might add a FICO score of 835. When I realized how inept the finance staff was or that they just didn't care --- I phoned the General Manager for assistance but he did not return my phone call. While I would certainly purchase another car from this salesman; I wouldn't do business again with this dealer. As I was writing this I looked at other customer reviews and I see that their service dept. is poorly managed as well.

Crown Lexus Service

The service writer was excellent. Mr. Ryan cordially greeted us upon our arrival and kept us abreast of what was going on with our car. We appreciate not only the courtesy but also the honesty of the service and its writer.

Great service!

Alex made the whole process painless. One suggestion, make sure that the customer knows how to release the parking brake and open the gas tank of the loaner. I felt a little silly holding up the line at the gas station. Beautiful loaner by the way. My service was done when promised, as promised. Thanks.

Crown Lexus was Excellent!!!

It was a great experience. Mr. Richard Werren was my sales person and was very professional, knowledgeable and caring about my needs and expectations. Mr. Eugene Kang the Finance Manager was also great, he had our paperwork completed in less than one hour. Mr. Douglas Pearson the General Manager is very friendly and helpful.
