After my purchase of my Altima I have had two

After my purchase of my Altima I have had two opportunities to have my vehicle serviced. I made an appointment and my vehicle was taken immediately and serviced quickly. The service team is friendly and efficient.

After 19 years of service at Empire Nissan I have yet to have a bad experience. The check-in consultants, like Steven Trevino, have always been professional, courteous, informative with good advice as well as truthful about how long the wait time would be, Steve was absolutely great.!!

Empire Nissan Dealer is a good place always go to do an Oil Change with no appointment always told it would be 2 hours but usually in 1 hour they get it done always listen to your concerns they also have new personnel.
