It was a very good experience. The salesman, Jesse Garcia, was excellent to work with. The finance was quick, easy, and at a good rate. The truck and the price were an excellent value. But there were two issues that kept it from being a perfect transaction. I bought a "Damaged in Transport" vehicle. I was disappointed that the information of the damage it recived, that was repaired, was rather vague and incomplete. I almost didn't buy it for this reason. That damage information should have been complete and detailed. Secondly, they wouldn't drop an "accessory fee" for wheel locks that were installed on the vehicle that I didn't want. The fact that they charged a "$295" fee for a set of Mopar wheel locks that cost $77.95 (part #82212564AA) from Mopar Online Parts, makes the organization look a little sleazy and greedy. In the end, I bought the truck. So far I am glad that I did, and satisfied with the transaction.

I walked in knowing what I wanted. They had the model and color I wanted. The paperwork was ready for me. Everyone was so accomidating. They took the time to program car play for me so it was redy to go. I had been to 6 dealers in Carlsbad. The experience at Carl burgers was better than any dealer I visited. Good Job.
