Low Book Sales Lindon

Jory was very professional. He didn't play games back and forth and give me the run around. I came in and picked the car decided on the price. It was by far the simplest and quickest dealer experience ever.

I had a good overall experience here purchasing my car. They took a while on some flip thing to tell me all about Low Book Sales and what makes them different. I wish they would've quickly just showed me on one page of a website, but other than that the whole experience was great and I love my new Mustang. I did get to see a screen that showed me what other Mustangs like this one were selling for and it seemed like it was their back end tool to help them price it and not really meant for customers, but I thought that was nice of them to show me. K

I can't say much for them. I requested an appraisal of my vehicle and included the make, year and mileage. I was told to bring it in and they would look at it. When I got there I was totally ignored. I had to request help and was then told they were not interested in my vehicle because it was too old. I let them know the year beforehand! Needless to say I am NOT impressed and will let others know about my experience.
