never go there

Wont give a fair trade in value for your vehicle, and the salesman I dealt with were very un-personable and made me feel like they didn't want me there. I will drive several miles to avoid their dealerships

Bad trade-in pricing experience!

I bought a new Grand Cherokee 2 days ago. Got a fair trade-in offer. Sales person convinced me to come in and trade my mint Ram truck, because they are offering great trade prices. Well, that was BS. They offered me the bottom of the Kelly BB trade-in range. My truck is in excellent shape with only 40,000 miles. They lost a sale and confidence in doing business with them all because you can't negotiate a fair price. Some doofuss in their central office sets the price off of a couple of pictures and IT CAN'T BE ADJUSTED. RIDICULOUS. They only needed to come up $1,000 to reach the mid-point of Kelly BB very good category. So, they lost a sale by being rigidly stupid.

They did not fix my car

I braught my car in to be fixed and all they did was change both back tore that from what they say had nails on them. Also a front alinement. They dod not fix the problem at at. I guess they made sure it was under my deductible. [ will never bring my car there. Now I need to find a real garage to fix my car.

service gone downhill in 2020

Service has gone downhill in 2020. Used to be friendly and concerned. Now is unfriendly and seem not to care about customer. Will NEVER go there again. Have been getting oil changes and some repair work done there for many years. They didn't rotate tires that I bought there when we asked for them to do that and didn't wash my car I had an oil change, saying it was too cold when it wasn't too cold. They should have asked me my opinion instead of just not doing it. The manager was just standing around chatting with the service writers and not paying much attention to the customers. Instead of helping, all she did was tell me that the service writer was busy and would be with me soon. NOT VERY COURTEOUS !!

No one spoke to me

Walked around the building for 15 min and even sat in a few of the display models; not one person spoke to me or even acknowledged my presence. Could also clearly see their sales goals charts in each office and there were at least 6 salespeople standing around.

Best car buying experience, ever!

So, we have a disabled daughter and needed a minivan for wheel chair lift and traveling purposes. We were planning on buying later in the year, but we thought we would look around and see what was out there. Our first mistake: We went to Kolosso, and had a very bad experience. They tried to pressure us with false deadlines, wouldn't budge on the price and lied to us multiple times. I had enough. I called Bergstrom in Oshkosh and talked to the manager, Mike M. And it was about the best thing I ever could have done. I felt no pressure, and he actually took the time to explain what everything was and ment. He gave me a deal I could not pass up and we ended up getting a BETTER Chrysler Pacifica then the other dealership for LESS money. He even found extra rebates that Kolosso did not offer. I am very satisfied and I will be shopping with Bergstrom in the future. I recommend stopping in and seeing what they can do for you. William and Loralyn Buelow

Excellent Service !!

Had my 2008 Dodge Dakota in for new tires. Steve in the service department informed me that I needed to have my truck inspected to continue the lifetime engine and drive train warranty. As it turned out several items that needed repair were found and I was able to have them repaired under warranty. I've dealt with Steve for over 10 years. He has always treated me fair and has saved me from paying for repairs that were covered by warranty. He is a credit to the dealership and is a perfect example of why it is best to have your vehicle serviced at an authorized dealer. I've saved money in the long run by doing so. Thank you Steve!!!!

Best follow up for a new truck purchase

Dealer was able to locate the exact model 2017 RAM Big Horn truck and got it in just one day. It was ready on time, with added NAV (now a dealer install) and we were out there in one hour. We emailed a few documents at their suggestion, which helped the process. All went smoothly with no surprises. General Manager stepped in to help early in process.

could not even get service appointment after 3 cal

So lousy I can hardly even rate your poor service. I going to call The Bergstrom's since my wife knows them Steve from Bergstrom's was uncooperative and rude...is this all the better you can do

E service faulty

Through cars.com, I was seeking communication for a possible automobile purchase, but was treated so coldly and without personal service whatsoever via e-mail communication. I would not recommend communicating via e-mail with this organization.
