I've had my vehicles serviced at Hurst Autoplex Mitsubishi since the dealership opened for business, and never plan on going anywhere else for maintenance or repairs.

I can honestly say I’ll be a repeat customer. Keith, our salesman was great. He was fun to work with and not high pressured at all. We got a great vehicle and trust it will last us for many years to come. We also met several other key players that put this deal together and they were great as well. Rick putting our numbers together and Clint in finance. Thank you for all your help. The fact it’s a family owned dealership says a lot about the way they treat their customers. I definitely recommend them for your next vehicle.

I was able to schedule an appointment that easily matched my schedule and was greeted as soon as I pulled into the service center. The waiting room was very comfortable and had a big tv making the wait time comfortable. I had scheduled an oil change and tire rotation and it was done in a very reasonable amount of time. Nathan, my service contact, was very personable.

Great Experience buying a 2018 Ford Expedition!! Great easy buying process with just tax ,title, license and very small dealer fee added to what was a very good price. To be honest I gave Steve Glynn an absolute impossible task of finding a difficult vehicle to acquire (dealerships out 10-12 weeks). Ordering, receiving, and installing a laundry list of items that had most other dealerships saying "not a chance". In a time frame that made this ... almost impossible. Not only did he pull it off, he hit a homerun during the process. I purchased this vehicle sight unseen from 1200 miles away. It had EVERYTHING I had requested, it was done professionally and exceeded my expectations. Steve's communication throughout this process was second to none. It was by far the best experience I have ever encountered at any dealership I have ever dealt with. I will definitely be returning for my next purchase. This is the way all dealerships should be run, but good luck to any competitors. They'll have their hands full trying to keep up with this guy and this dealership. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Steve at Hurst Autoplex! We have purchased many cars over the phone, but never had this great of an experience! They even had the car delivered to me for free! Of course, there are always worries when you aren’t able to see or drive a car before purchasing… But Steve made everything smooth and we trusted him fully.
