I had the pleasure of working with Alan Ribner at AutoNation Toyota Leesburg Virginia. I set up an appointment with Alan, he was 10 minutes early and ready to purchase my car. He was outstanding. Alan explained the procedure from appraisal to the paperwork. After the appraisal we agreed to the price and Alan took care of everything. In my opinion it could not have gone any quicker, better or smoother. On a previous service visit I personally observed Alan handle a person less fortunate than myself with kindness and compassion. He is the consummate professional. AutoNation is fortunate to have a sales person of his caliber.

I was looking for a car, checked nearby dealership. This dealership was outstanding on the customer service and also understanding my needs. No one pressured me to purchase, I was very happy doing business with them. My sister actually recommended them, this place didn’t disappoint me.

Moreover, he was very engaging and conversational, which made the entire experience comfortable and easy. Alan also worked out things very quickly and ensured the deal was smooth and fair. Nazir and the AutoNation team are fantastic. I am a very nervous car shopper -- is this car really reliable? Is everything working right? What was that sound??? Nazir LISTENED to me and worked his butt off to make sure I was confident that the car was rock solid. He never said "don't worry about it, everything's fine," he never said "just trust me." He was determined to let ME decide if everything was fine -- he even had the shop techs do yet another careful review of the car to put my mind at ease. Once I was happy and decided to purchase the car, Nazir handled the (surprisingly) complicated and long purchasing process very smoothly. So Nazir is great on both sides of the car deal, namely, finding the right car and then getting through the buying process with the least amount of confusion or stress. The sales managers and finance folks were also friendly and never pressured me to get a certain finance or other package. Didn?t like the process of trying to sale me additional products and services, when told them I didn?t need or want. This process took up time and I had three hours back home

Buying a car is exciting as going to the dentist to me. However, AutoNation was pretty good over all. There wasn’t a hard sell. I still think the process should be much quicker. I feel I got a great car and you would be hard pressed to determine if the car was brand new or used. The detailing was amazing! Highly recommend.
