The salesman Mohammad was kind, helpful, prompt, and communicated very well. When I went into the dealership to test drive the car I was interested in he had everything ready for me to go. There were some bumps when dealing with the financing department. It was obvious they wanted to sell a higher warranty (like most dealerships do). The warranty breakdowns did not show the total amount you would be paying for the car with the fees and warranty added. It only had the Monthly payments. At first glance it didn?t look that expensive. When I went home and thought through what the warranties would actually cost me long term I started researching how to nullify a warranty. When I reached out to the dealership the finance manager was more than helpful and helped me correct the warranty issue. Overall the staff was super helpful, professional, and kind. I will definitely refer those looking for a car to AutoNation in Leesburg, VA.

They are consistent and thorough. I have never had to go back with an issue after service. My highlander has 100k miles on it and they have serviced it along the way. No problems.

The manager, Bill King, is rude, arrogant, and needs customer service training. He was quick to dismiss our issues even though he professed to be working with us.

I came to get appraisal on my car, ended up buying a brand new car, wich I’m very happy with , Sales person Mauricio and sales Manager Rick work the deal and came up with a good trade value because I had negative equity. I was amazed how profecional how this people are. From the start to the end finance guy work the deal without pressure explaining all the warrantys and giving me good price, Overall my buying experience was excellent and fast smooth . I trade in my lexus wich I had to put the premium gas and bought 2025 Crown that is a regular gas and hybrid . I woukd recomend Autonation leesburg toyota to all my family and friends. Two of my brothers are in the market to buy a car and I recomended autonation leesburg toyota to be the dealership to give their bussines too.
