The sales representatives were only interested in one thing, selling a car with protection plans attached and kicking me out the door. They would not return my calls or communicate with me after the purchase was completed. Zero, customer support.

Deondrea McLaurin was very helpful especially since our original salesperson, Nicholas disappeared. I was disappointed that I was not notified that he left the organization, as I was emailing him and not getting a response. I didn't know until the car came in. All in all, a good experience, but a little disorganized. Maybe because Nick left, all the paperwork had to be redone when we arrived because the car was supposed to be registered in our 2 names but was only done for one of us. There were many clerical errors, so it took a lot longer than expected. However, everyone was professional and kind. Also, we thought we would get a military rebate, but the small print is only if you finance through Toyota, who's rate is ridiculous. This should be noted in the headline. A bit of a bait and switch. Would use them again.

If you are selling a car you better see Alan Ribner at Leesburg tyota. I hate xxxxx car dealers. They are all a bunch of lying cheats. Alan is one of the good ones. I had a good time selling it. And he even took me back home in his little fancy sports car.
