I have been a customer since 1989. The service department is very professional and knowledgeable. They always take great care of me and my vehicle. They always provide a clean Mercedes loaner as needed. The dealership is always immaculate and well run. The proof is the longevity of the employees that work there. I would guess that the average employee has worked there for 15+ years. I highly recommend Hoehn Mercedes for a wonderful experience and relationship.

First the car purchased from this deal is first rate. They religiously let us know when service is due and have always accommodated our schedule and provided loaner car when appropriate, we couldn't ask for better service.

Going to the dealer is so easy to do. The check-in process is fast, getting a replacement car is easy. It is nice to be able to drive a new rental car out while my car is being worked on. The charges for the work are in line with what I am told at the beginning. Even if there might be additional work that will be done, it is clear what the work is and the associated cost. Sometimes we can push back that additional work as well. I never feel pressured.
