Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. Easy drop off and quick loaner car pickup. Good lounge with snacks available sometimes. Service generally good but last time work was not 100%, had to bring the car back twice.

All of the services seem pretty overpriced.

All of the services seem pretty overpriced. This last time I went in the representative tried to sell me a bunch of “special” services such as alignment, fuel injector cleaning, and tire balancing. My car only has about 30k miles on it and is a hybrid so I definitely didn’t need these things they were trying to sell me. The people who handled the loaner car were great! They were super helpful and made the visit a decent one.

The service was awesome and the staff was very friendly

The service was awesome and the staff was very friendly and courteous. I never encountered any problems or issue on my car for almost 5 years. Ryan was very knowledgeable and very professional in handling any required service that my car needs. Lexus service department is very awesome!!
