From Abby to Ashley my experience with your service writers was top notch with this attention to detail and commitment to determining what was at the crux of my noted car performance symptoms. Both of them communicated between themselves and then us to provide seamless service follow through. Although the original noises we were concerned about were not able to be duplicated in the service bay examination over several days we were given multiple options of how to isolate and replicate them for their convenience to go forward in the repair or mitigation of the underlying conditions producing them. This was very helpful. In the service bays Adam and Joe took the time to try to find and resolve my car symptoms. Thry went the extra mile to help me figure out what was causing our noted noises and concerns. The 75k mile maintenance and oil change were performed at the typical Lexus of Carlsbad aplomb and diligence. It was topped off with a detailed car wash.
