Tried charging me over 5000.00 more than the price noted on the internet. Crooked. STAY AWAY Very underhanded All vehicles high mileage with high prices.

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE FINAL PAPER WORK FOR AGREED PRICE THAT THEY DONE JACK IT UP!!! set purchase price agreed to after filling out paper work the price jumped up by 500.00 which was never discussed. they claim it is finance charge added to price. pure BS car sold with no remotes for alarm which was not realized till sitting at gas station when the doors were locked the alarm set and started going off when unlocked with the key they said. oh yeah sorry just put the key in the ignition and start the car it shuts off the alarm. paperwork nightmare had to have my wife come back and sign again now after 30 days and no reg temp tag expired and come to find out they need us to come back again because they screwed up the title forms. not happy with their poor attitude and typical dealer car sold money in bank on to the next sucker

Don't recommend.
Sad when I spend 15k on a car and after 9 days of having the car it's over heat more time I can count on my hand shouldn't have to deal with this after spending 15k and I'm tired to contact to get the car into the shop and they tired to reset the car because the check engine light was on and everyone knows the 6 pop reset and I had it check before I brought it to them and it showed radiator themo sensor is bad and lossing antifreeze with in a day. Needless to say after spending 15k I disappointed should of expected more from a dealership this is something you would expect from a person to person sale

I'M DISABLED I WAS IN A BIND WHEN I WENT THERE MY VAN HAD A BAD TRANSMISSION I COULDN"T GO ANYWHERE ELSE STEVE AT THE US 19 LOT SAID THERE WAS ONLY 1 I COULD AFFORD A 2004 FORD STEVE CHARGED ME $10,000 FOR IT THEY HAVE CARS THAT ARE IN AGE UP 2015 THEY WANT QUITE A BIT LESS THAN $10,000 BUT STEVE CHARGED ME 10 GRAND FOR A 2004 I KNOW IT'S MY FAULT FOR SIGNING BUT THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE DISABLED IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A USED CAR DO NOT GO TO ROCK BOTTOM YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Not happy at all
When I bought the car i didn't get to test drive it because they were rushing me. When I got home I found out it had a bad battery. Went to them 4 times and they lied to me and jacked me around saying that I got a new battery in m not going back a fifth, I bought a new battery and it works fine. Never again will I deal with these people.

Great shopping experience and reasonably priced I bought a 2009 Hyundai Elantra which I think the old lady from Pasadena owned !!!! super clean. Bob and staff even went out of there way to deliver to my house. This vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. Keep up the great service I definitely will be sending customers your way. You have a friend for life !!!
