Andy and Steve was awesome. Andy was extremely helpful in finding my daughter a car that would be good for her and her kids. We ran into trouble with car right after buying by no cause of Rock Bottom but they was there to help us out anyway. Very thankful to you both!!

I found a super low mileage 2004 Honda Accord online and visited the State Road 52 store only to find it was at the US-19 store. They quickly called to make sure the vehicle was still available. After arriving and test driving the car, they were patient as I arranged payment and some financing over the weekend and picked the car up on Monday. There was no pressure whatsoever to buy, and the guys were really easy going and laid back. I highly recommend Rock Bottom whether you're eligible for traditional credit, or need to utilize sub-prime credit. They'll treat you far and get you on your way.

Sent an inquiry about two vehicles that I was interested in. I was willing to drive two hours to purchase. No one ever contacted me. I called the dealership myself and was told that I had been assigned to a salesperson but he was busy and would call me back. Still, no one called. I called again and was told I couldn’t speak to another salesperson because I had already been assigned to one. Waited a week. No one called. So I purchased a vehicle somewhere else. Very unprofessional and pretty darn offensive.

We came in just looking around to see what was out in the market. We had just left another facility, due to the experience of the manager trying to over sell us his car. We then met Bob. He was down to earth and up-front about his inventory and what was available. We came across a Lincoln Zypher and found our new car. The total team was great to work with from start to finish. We will be back in the future.

Today I went to Rock Bottom Auto 52 and with the help of Chris, I purchased a 2009 Nissan Frontier. The price was extremely fair and in hardly any time at all, Chris had all the paperwork taken care of and I drove home in my new vehicle. I would recommend Rock Bottom Auto 52 to anyone looking for a vehicle. They were all very kind, helpful and most importantly they were REAL. I've never liked going into a dealership where they all have fake smiles and attitudes. At Rock Bottom Auto 52 you deal with real people and it makes the process so much better.

Purchased 2008 Volvo S40. During signing process, salesman said oil was changed. After purchase I had to have brakes put on it, timing belt and several oil leaks fixed and oil was not changed. Will not buy from them again. Buyer Beware! Have YOUR mechanic check out any car you buy from them.

Looking for a reasonable pickup this spring, I was contacted by a great salesman and I mentioned my thoughts about a pickup that they had. I'll be looking for a pickup around May so I'll keep this car company in mind when I'm ready to purchase a pickup. Thank you

Went into Rock Bottom Auto Sales to look at a truck I noticed on the website. Unfortunately, the truck was sold. Andy, my car salesman, asked me some general questions with the type of truck I was looking for.. Within two days, I was called back to Rock Bottom Auto Sales. I found the truck and I am very pleased. Andy and the staff at Rock Bottom made sure all my concerns were addressed. Thanks again.
