I buy my F150’s here. I think they are an excellent dealer with fair pricing. I think the service department is excellent; they’re very knowledgeable and thorough, although I’m very disappointed in Jeff Glover. Maybe it’s just me but I was totally ignored by Jeff after I dropped off my truck for something other than oil, lube, filter. All in all a good Ford dealer. Nate and Chris are wonderful representatives of Encinitas Ford. Thank you Nate and Chris.

Ford Encinitas either needs to hire more techs or schedule less work. It took 3 business days - 5 calendar days (including weekend) for an oil change, a tail light bulb fix and a few recall fixes. That is ridiculous. I rely on my work truck, I also work weekends, can’t afford to be without my work truck for 5 days after making an appointment for service almost 1 month in advance. Work it out or lose me as a customer for good. And I have been buying Ford’s loyally for 40 years.

First time Customer and Eric in sales was outstanding and Doug in finance made it easy and Alexis in service was very helpful! I would recommend Encinitas Ford to anyone looking for good service and fair pricing!

We purchased a used car, a Toyota Rav4. Our experience could not have been any better. Juan Zafra, our sales person, was great to work with. It is a family owned dealership, everyone was very friendly, low (no) pressure, helpful and answered all of our questions. Durning the entire transaction they were very transparent to work with (Juan-Sales and Doug/Finance, Eric Beilowitz). The negotiation process was quick and easy, no pressure to purchase those "add-ons" that other dealerships try to get you to purchase. The next time we purchase a car, this will be the first place we begin our search.
