What a fabulous experience. My daughter purchased her first car on her own. I was there to support. We worked with Gary, who been at Poway Honda over 20 years. First, he made us a competitive deal. That is all you can ask for with the high cost of automobiles. Second, he treated my 27 year old daughter as if she was his kid. No joke, That in itself was worth the purchase process with Poway Honda. I also want to through a shout out to Niki one of the managers. These two are absolute gems and took the stressful process out of the equation and made a memorable experience for my daughter. THANK YOU to Poway Honda, our second car experience with them. Not our last!

Your company is lucky to have a sales manager like Vince, he is one of the best sales managers I have ever met, kind patient cooperative and very professional, he made very satisfied with the deal he gave me.

Mark was so great and took us on right before closing. Our family car died suddenly so we had to purchase a car last minute. Julian helped us with the finance portion and really gave us a deal NOWHERE else could beat. Everyone was so helpful and stayed hours after closing to make sure we left with a great, safe family car. 10/10 recommend.

Last week, I took my other car to Poway Honda to be serviced. I did not have an appointment and it was late in the afternoon. I went directly and saw Al, my Service Advisor, and he quickly checked me in. As always, Al and technical staff at Poway Honda service department were excellent in servicing my Honda Accord and I was completely happy and satisfied with their work. Al is always extremely nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and trust worthy. It is always a pleasure to see and chat with him about the car service needs and other things such as guacamole recipe and gourmet coffee. Al always goes the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. Al is simply OUTSTANDING! I waited over there and it took about an hour for the service to be completed including a complementary multi-point inspection and a car wash. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and drinking water and gourmet coffee are available. They also provide some good snacks. There is a popcorn machine so you can help yourself with warm popcorn as well while waiting. Al texted me when the service was completed, reviewed the bill with me and also checked me out, very efficiently. I Highly recommend Poway Honda service department and dealership to others.
