Yesterday, I took my car to Poway Honda to be serviced.

Yesterday, I took my car to Poway Honda to be serviced. As always, Marco, my Service Advisor and technical staff at Poway Honda service department were excellent in servicing my Honda Accord and I was completely happy and satisfied with their work. It was really great to see Marco again. I had made an appointment and when I got there, Marco greeted me within minutes. He is always extremely nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and trust worthy. It is always a pleasure to see and chat with him about the car service needs and other things. So pleasant and friendly! Marco always goes the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. Marco, is truly OUTSTANDING! I waited over there and it took about an hour for the service to be completed including a complementary multi-point inspection and a car wash. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and drinking water bottles and gourmet coffee are available. They also provide some good snacks. There is a popcorn machine so you can help yourself with warm popcorn as well while waiting. I had a chance to say hi to Al (my other great Service Advisor). Many thanks to Marco and Al for sharing their guacamole recipe with me! I missed Gary in the Sales Department to say hi since he was out. I Highly recommend Poway Honda service department and dealership to others. Thanks again to Marco and all Poway Honda service department staff. You all take care and have a wonderful week!

My dealer was Mr.

My dealer was Mr. Bob and I greatly appreciated his patience with me and knowledge about the car. He bought ease to my mind, didn?t rush me on finding a car, took his time to make sure I got the car I wanted, and let?s just say I got the perfect car, brand new, for a good price. I also have to mention the staff was really welcoming and positive, guaranteeing I didn?t have a terrible/stressful experience looking for a car.I will definitely recommend this dealership to many of my friends, so they can get a great car too.

I was able to negotiate before setting foot in the dealership. All numbers provided were the numbers on the final financial sheet. No lies or oopsies. Best deal out of three dealerships and got in and out in 2 hours including picking out a car, credit report, and financing. Great experience.
