There were multiple service writers there.

There were multiple service writers there. Only Elizabeth was the only one working. While the rest was sitting around on their phones or just sitting there starring at us like we was not there.

I left you a voicemail and thought that I would send you an email as well, all while trying not to be a nuisance. Thank you for submitting a review of your recent experience at our service facility. Your 5 star ratings for a number of our team members is greatly appreciated. Your overall 3 star rating with your comments is also greatly appreciated. I want to apologize for us putting you in the position of being less than completely satisfied. This was not our intention, no excuses. As you probably know, we ask for feedback through many different venues because we truly want, and need to hear the voice of the customer. It is our greatest resource when it comes to evaluating our ability to deliver the type of experience that every Klaben customer should expect and deserves. Leaving you with the perception that we did, is not only frustrating for the customer, but it is frustrating for us as well, given the amount of coaching and counseling that we conduct on a regular basis. Christopher and Bryan (finance) have excellent customer service. They are knowledgeable, down to earth, and truly respect your time. This is my third car purchased from Christopher in 5 years and I will continue to purchase cars from Klaben. Highly recommend.

This was my second time coming to Klaben for a Jeep.

This was my second time coming to Klaben for a Jeep. The customer service is always amazing and Chris is great. The whole process has been extremely easy and efficient both times. Steve the sales manager is amazing as well! I highly recommend coming to see Chris to anyone interested in a Jeep :)

Joe has been my service representative for the past 2

Joe has been my service representative for the past 2 yrs! He always makes me feel like I’m the most important customer he has. From dropping my car off to picking it up, he’s always in constant contact to keep me updated. Joe is the best!
