Scammers & worst customer service ever.

Scammers & worst customer service ever. Only take one phone call to any other ford dealerships to realize their scam. No wonder why all other ford dealerships in San Diego county run out of inventory but this dealers lot full of different types and all colors. Their prices are scam especially online ones, they tell you something when you show up in person to buy you will realize it’s significantly higher they trying to straight up rob innocents. When you question the numbers they get very rude and mad. Brianna told me “why are you here? Why did you come back” disrespectful! I only asked her about total price was at least $8k higher than any other dealership. The managers are worst probably the reason those salesmen look evil. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I wanted to get further details on a specific car Mossy had listed for sale. I submitted a request for someone to contact me and no one ever did. By the time I attempted to contact them again, the car had sold. Horrible customer service.

I wrote a 1-star review after a bought my Bronco in

I wrote a 1-star review after a bought my Bronco in December. Then the manager called me and bribed me with services to delete it. I did. But ai am reposting because I never collected on my bribe. One of my main complaints was that they got a Toll road ticket on my trade in vehicle. I asked them to pay it and the manager said it was no big deal.. Then this morning, 2 months later, I get a text from Toll roads saying they have reported this ticket to the DMV. Great. Thanks Mossy. The other reasons for my review: When I drove off the lot, I knew nothing about my car. Then a week later I went to Carlsbad Ken Grody Ford to buy floor matts. I asked a simple question about the car, and they were shocked I didn't know. They came to my car and spent an hour or more showing me all kinds of cool stuff. They had me download the app, etc. So it is seriously a 1-star for Mossy Ford. I can't even remember the name of the rep I worked with because he left me sitting in a chair by myself while waiting. He could have used that time to show me the app, etc.

All the people I met I Mossy Ford were fantastically

All the people I met I Mossy Ford were fantastically professional and friendly. Tony in sales, Eric in parts, and Miguel were really easy to work with, friendly, competent. And the service department is Yuge! Some people may wince at going to a dealer, but Mossy Ford is a nice play to go. Thanks! Dave Raffo

I have bought 3 vehicles from Mossy and the sales people

I have bought 3 vehicles from Mossy and the sales people were always helpful, especially Caleb. But the person who appraises your used vehicle was bad. He said my truck (2005) was only worth $1,000.00 and He told me that is all He would pay me period. So I put a For Sale sign on my used truck and got $3,300.00 from a neighbor. So be careful you get a good far appraisal on your car.
