They ruined my day and new car experience
My brand new car was dirty. They never cleaned it prior to me picking it up and they knew I was picking it up that day I had to wait three hours for the car to be detailed sitting on the side of the road by myself. Also if you don't pay an extra $800 after the deal is already signed for the car they will disconnect the alarm. I thought alarmsbshould come standard with a brand-new 2017 car But now they try to squeeze you in for every last penny and if you don't pay they do more work to disconnect the alarm then just to leave it as it is My sales person kept pawning me off on other people because she didn't really want anything to do with me. And the manager would just stand there with his hand on his hip cracking his gum in my face Basically trying to show me that he's more superior than me But the only people who have to prove something like that are the people that are insecure to begin with

Worst experience ever with a business
Terrible customer service. Dealer did not keep commitment to the customer and left the customer hanging after investment of time and money by the customer. Mossy Nissan should be ashamed of itself.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced.
Scheduled appointment to purchase a used vehicle. Called and confirmed appointment and salesman came in on his day off to meet. When I arrived the salesman informed me the Manager was selling it to another person as we spoke. Un-professional, un-reliable , and TERRIBLE customer service.
