I drove in without an appointment so 8:00am; John met me;
I drove in without an appointment so 8:00am; John met me; he looked up my car in the computer; told me what my car needed; I wasn?t in a hurry? so my car would be ready in afternoon. Mike the Honda courtesy driver dropped me off at a local restaurant. After breakfast I had a nice walk back to Pacific Honda. Sat in waiting room catching up on my emails. At 11:30am John said car would be ready soon. Later, John called me over to the office counter, explained what was done to my car. I then paid and left at 1:00pm.

Everything was great with the exception of the duration
Everything was great with the exception of the duration of the repairs. Having a scheduled 7 am appointment with two minor repairs the car should have been ready the same day.

All the Staff are always listening and welcoming. At the service department they give you the assessment and estimates with no pressure to act upon.They always go by the Honda Manufacturer recommendations. The parts department will always find the parts you need.

Pacific Honda personnel are friendly, helpful, thorough, polite and efficient. Their attitude makes one want to be a loyal customer. The facility waiting areas are clean and the chairs are comfortable. The restrooms are clean. It is also good to see more female employees. I sm a professional female and appreciate that they seek diversity.
