Audi SD gave me a fair deal on a 20 A5 Cabriolet

The internet sales person Brent Drake was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He kept me informed about the new vehicle’s status as it was released from the port and transported to the dealership. The actual sales experience was easy with minimum delay. He also handled a complicated Audi Connect internet issue after the sale.

Nacho took great care of me as he always does whenever I come in. He made sure my gas cap was ordered and repaired as quickly as possible, as well as changed my key battery.

Honestly Audi has the worst service department I have...

Honestly Audi has the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I thought for as expensive have a vehicle I was buying that I would have top-notch service but that is far from the case. I wish that I would’ve talk to my friends who had Audis prior to my purchase otherwise I probably would not of ended up buying an Audi. My friends who Also on Audis have the exact same issues. In fact I know someone who goes out and pays for service from a different vendor just so they don’t have to deal with how crappy Audi is to work with to service their vehicle. I can’t wait until I am out of my lease to never buy an Audi again.

Efficient and friendly service

I booked a regular service appointment online. Damien took care of the service as soon as I got there and had the service completed expediently even though the shop was very busy. Damien confirmed all the service items that were completed as well as the diagnostic results. I am pleased with the service and quick attention I received.
