If there was the ability to giver lower than one star I'd
If there was the ability to giver lower than one star I'd give it. My experience with Torre Nissan Service center was terrible. It started off with when I dropped my car off, the person that was supposed to give me updates on my vehicle passed me off to someone else I didn't even meet. Later that day it was getting closer to the end of business and no update. I called and no one wanted to help me, I had to speak to the person I hadn't met. After insisting I get an update, someone finally tells me "Oh, we have to call Nissan to see how to go about the repair it won't be ready today." I'm sorry aren't you Nissan, who could you be calling? The 2nd day begins and still no update, I'm provided a link so I can track the progress of my vehicle. The link says they haven't checked it in, I call again. This time I have to ask specifically for the person who I hadn't met. They tell me that they found out what's wrong and it'll be $750. Tough pill to swallow but I have to get it done. They tell me we'll try to have it done for you by end of day. Once again end of business and no phone call, the tracker has not been updated. I call and no one is able to tell me what's going on with my car since the person I haven't met is gone for the day. Incredibly frustrated, I have to call back the next day around the afternoon and what do you know, it is their day off. No handoff to anyone else, and no phone call with an update. I then ask the person on the phone for an update and they can't provide me with one because the internet is down. Before I can finish my sentence of, "I'm frustrated because it's been three days" they interrupt me and say in the most condescending tone"I apologize sir without the internet we have nothing". I hang up and wait a few hours to see if their internet gets fixed, I finally call back around 3pm and my car is finally ready. I ask if I can go right then, and they say no just wait an hour so I do. I've already waited 3 days. I show up and they hand me my keys and paperwork. I go to my car to turn it on, and there is no gas left in the tank. I go back to the service advisor and they say well you should be able to make it to the chevron next door. The service team has no empathy, no customer service, no timely updates. Just be a human. I'm afraid I will have to return in the future due to my distance from another Nissan service center. I am not looking forward to it.

Did not get the service i requested.
I was supposed to get the recall for the Key, fixed. That did not happen. I also requested a Malfunction warning, be fixed. That did not happen. When i checked the dipstick for oil, i notice the oil feels gritty, despite an oil and filter change. Now I am investigating wether or not the oil,filter, and air filters were actually serviced.
