Great service!

Very busy when I arrived for my appointment but the wait was minimal and pleasant. Problem was corrected and I was back on the road in no time. Justin, my service writer, was as friendly and professional as always. Great experience!

Excellent in all ways

Love coming there, visit with sales people and all the service people know me by now. Love the drivers and the assistants. Why not still have the cashier????? Don't like that part. Keep Justin Mansker and you keep me.

The standard

All the staff that I interacted with were very nice and professional. The dealership was very clean and organized. The process for getting a vehicle serviced seemed well organized and systematic. I had a very good experience!

great service

My whole experience was excellent. Lorena was very helpful and knowledgeable. She did a great job! My car was in and out of the shop very quickly which I appreciate very much. The shuttle driver was very nice and I didn't have to wait no more than 5 mins. before he arrived. The only real gripe that I have is that even though my car was washed, I would like to see it done a little better. If your going to do something, might as well do it right is what I always been taught. Excellent overall.

Excellent customer service

Every thing was on time and I was in and out in less than forty-five minutes for lube, oil, filter, all checks including a car wash.

Parts purchase

Purchased a new key for my Captiva and when the order came in, I found out that I also needed the fob in order to open and lock the doors. I wish I would have been told I need both at the original time of purchase.

Employee who listens!

It is refreshing to go into a car dealership and find someone who actually listens to the buyer and tries to look for what the buyer is requesting instead of being the typical businessman who is just trying to sell you anything and promise you the world. I cannot speak for others employees but if you go to this dealership, ask to be helped by Jose. You will not be disappointed. He LISTENS then searches for you. Not trying to make a sale but trying to create customer satisfaction. I am really pleased with my decision in buying my car and did not feel pressured in any way to do so.

Above and beyond any reasonable service!!

Mechanic went out of his way to insure the speediest service possible on a tough job (mildly stated). He went above and beyond and I thank him. He worked thru his lunch and was not available when I picked up the van so I could thank him personally. I'm sure he will remember the task for a very long time.
