I bring my vehicle to the dealership annually.

I bring my vehicle to the dealership annually. This time the dealership dropped the ball with its lack of communication. Text messages went unanswered and the main phone line was full and not able to accept any messages. I never received an "official" notification that the car was ready -- I had to call in and hope the call would be answered. The car was dropped off on a Wednesday morning. I knew it would need to be kept overnight. I called late Friday afternoon and was told the car would be ready within an hour and that the paperwork was being finalized. I arrived to pick up the vehicle Saturday morning -- no paperwork. The dealership's communication totally fell apart during this annual maintenance visit. I truly hope it improves.

I purchased a 2024 BMW M8 Competition Gran Coupe in

I purchased a 2024 BMW M8 Competition Gran Coupe in Frozen Tanzanite Blue Metallic Paint in May. I dealt indirectly with Orlando Welsh and my recommendation to anyone who is reading this review is DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE ONLINE FROM TGIS DEALERSHIP! Orlando was very responsive and helpful at first, or so I thought. He sent pictures on top of pictures, which was helpful. However, all you have to do is change your angle and lighting and you can hide anything. This is what happened to me. I have a vehicle that I paid over 100k for that every wheel has cleaning solution damage, the floor mats were ruined by their detailing department because they got them too wet and put them inside a trunk where the humidity caused the blue trim around the mats to bleed. The passenger door has a 2” scratch that they tried to fix which they absolutely ruined because they do not know how to handle a Matte finish vehicle. You can see where they scrubbed and rubbed on the scratch and ruined the paint. I love my car but I am a perfectionist and usually detail my cars to the max and take them to car shows. Not this one. The paint is not repairable but I can buy new wheels. Shouldn’t have to but I do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM ORLANDO OR THIS DEALER WITHOUT PHYSICALLY LOOKING OVER YOU CAR FIRST.

We were out of town vacationers who had some car trouble.

We were out of town vacationers who had some car trouble. Ibrahim helped get it looked at even though the service center was slammed. He gave me some options and we arrived home today safely. Much thanks to Ibrahim
