I can’t say enough good things about the Mercedes-Benz

I can’t say enough good things about the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Palm Springs. The service here is always exceptional. They go out of their way to accommodate me and never make me feel like a bother. The whole team is helpful, sweet, and genuinely caring, and I absolutely adore them. Special shout-out to Duncan and (I believe) Luis for helping me with a rental when I needed it. Even though I’ve had a few issues with my vehicle, they always go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and that I leave happy. Thank you to the entire MB Palm Springs team for consistently delivering such great service! You guys are the best!

I can’t say enough good things about the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Palm Springs. The service here is always exceptional. I was concerned about the engine noise that I heard on my

I was concerned about the engine noise that I heard on my MB after a major service that was completed last month. It was checked out and determined that the engine noise after turning off the vehicle in this extreme heat that we are experiencing in Palm Springs was normal. I accept the mechanic’s explanation and appreciate the service department reviewing my car’s performance.

We visited Palm Springs Mercedes this month to look at

We visited Palm Springs Mercedes this month to look at what vehicles they had to offer. We ended up working with Leo he was able to answer all of our questions. We ended up spending the majority of the day there, due to driving and looking at multiple vehicles. Leo was patient and helped us find what worked for our needs and budget. When it came the actual buying process it was fast and easy. I would recommend giving this dealership and opportunity.

I bought my Benz from another dealer , but I get it

I bought my Benz from another dealer , but I get it serviced at mb Palm Springs. The service is excellent here , I was do disgusted with the dealer that I purchased 2 previous Benz from I’ll never go back. I believe the name is Mike who takes snd services my Benz and it couldn’t be better. Iam thankful they service me Ron Wilcox

Lovely experience when purchasing my new Auto although it

Lovely experience when purchasing my new Auto although it has been 5 years since. I will definitely return for my next car purchase. I have had all my services completed at this dealership. I am happy with my service manager. Yes, the service is expensive however, it is a luxury auto which requires the best in materials and workmanship.

Duncan was great!

Duncan was great! I would have given five stars, but to bring car back for the same thing a few months later, NOT COOL! But it was taken care of at no charge which was great and a loaner car. I had my car looked at by another mechanic and I was told to take it back, these parts could be new warped like they are. I still think you all are great, it’s just something that happened and things happen. Great Customer Service! Thanks, Keith
