I didn't think i would qualify for a loan. Andy and his team did the best the can to get me in a nice, 2014 Accord that had factory warranty still left. The payments were affordable the service was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

I bought a 2004 Chevy Silverado from International Auto Outlet. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a gentleman named Andy! I told him what vehicle I was looking for and the price I was interested in and he showed me about 25 vehicles that he thought would be a great fit for me an my family! After test driving the 2004 Chevy Silverado I knew this was the truck for me. It took a little time to get through finance due to my circumstances but Andy found a finance company that would help me out! Needless to say I drove away in my truck that night because of him. Very poor customer service! Read the other post before ever considering buying here. Stopped in to view a vehicle that was on the website and on ebay for sale. Meet a salesman (Jerry Hiresh) to look at the vehicle which was in their warehouse and had been driven by Jerry over the past few months. The vehicle was very dirty and a lot of the salesman personal items still in the vehicle. Since I didn't call ahead, I gave Jerry the benefit of the doubt and asked if it was possible to clean up the vehicle and be ready to view 4 days later. He said it wouldn't be an issue. I returned to look at the vehicle and it hadn't been touched. Jerry then tried to give me the runaround about why the vehicle was not presentable. He then proceeded to give me attitude when questioned why it was not cleaned up. He basically said they don't clean up vehicle in a very sarcastic tone. Considering that the used market is very competitive, one would think they would make some effort to accommodate a prospective customer. I guess this sales outlet doesn't need to sell cars. If you do chose to shop these folks don't expect much and "buyer beware." Please, please read all the review before deciding to buy from these folks and believe me that I would not doubt anything that has been posted about how poor of an experience they had!
