My Name is Aaron Moreno. I recently purchased a vehicle from ford on Indian trail. Overall my experience was fantastic. Everyone was nice, friendly and the process moved at a decent pace. The reason for why I submitted 4 out of 5 stars is because there was not a lot of options to choose from. I went in looking for a four door work truck. Overall, the vehicle we ended up purchasing turned out to be a great fit for our needs. I would like to shout out Oscar for assisting us throughout the entire process. Thank you for your time.

Second Time just as Good as First
This is my second purchase from Crossroads Fors (formerly Dale Jarrett Ford first time). I was a bit disappointed after driving 75+ miles to discover the F-150 I saw on-line was not available. However, was offered a similar, in route truck except for color. Truck arrived and was well pleased with it. Only area that bugged me was in the financing process. I was scheduled for 11:00 am and did not get into the finance office until after 12:30 pm. This caused me to have to push really hard to get back home intime to get to my job. Overall, though, I was well pleased with the purchase experience and really love my RED F-150 SXT.

Liars and hacks
Service department is terrible. I dropped my car off last week and I get no communication from them. And trying to call gets you no where. I brought my truck into service last Tuesday for a door sensor not working on my vehicle they called a few days later told me it was good to go. Before I left I checked and what do you know it don't work so they take it back and I haven't heard anything make a call yesterday and they now go into blaming me for something meanwhile if the mechanic sa
