Buying my 2020 Macan S was truly a pleasurable experience at JDP. From the first text from my salesperson, Marty, to the working with Gil on finalizing the paperwork the process was as straight forward as you can get, created no undue stress and was totally seamless. Horrible experience at they dealer by name of Marc. He has no product KNOWLEDGE. Knows nothing about what he sells. Asked him the difference between Carrera and Carrera s. He said no difference. “It just has less Horsepower but you can tune it tho” I asked if it’s allowed to tune Porsche he said “ yes you can as long as dealership doesn’t find out.” I’m a real customer. Who was looking into getting first Porsche and was treated very poorly. He is a HORRIBLE example of good customer service. Will be taking delivery of my car before end of month from another dealership.
