Pleasant to work with.
Pleasant to work with. The service personnel was nice and knowledgeable. Went for a walk while I was waiting for vehicle and a sales man approached me as I was heading to street. He said" I see your going for a walk is there any vehicles I could show you?". Not at all pushy and I had a enjoyable conversation with him. I recommend them for sales and service.

Very professional When I got in line to get my Jeep serviced a young man whose name is Alejandro was busy with another customer Alejandro took time to come over and tell me it would be just a minute When he checked me in he was very patient and very polite He got my Jeep serviced in no time and I was out of there stress free

When asking questions about vehicles the sales guys
When asking questions about vehicles the sales guys either had no answer or they got irritated and talked to us like they thought we were stupid. The vehicle I did purchase only had one key fob and I was told it was at the other dealership they picked up the car from and they would get it and call me. Since then I’ve been ignored and I don’t have the key or any of the other promises made to me. Very rude and unprofessional. This is the second and last vehicle I will ever purchase from them. I would never recommend them to anyone. The sales manager Jason was the worst of all.

Well just received a phone call from the sales manager “Jason” about this complaint. I guess he thought it was a good idea to call and tell me I was wrong and I seemed to have a great experience. However just like my comments above my concerns and the things I asked still got ignored. I also still don’t have the key fob I was promised by his team. Very unprofessional Jason. Now I know why all of the good sales personnel that Larry H Miller Surprise had went to other locations. If anyone reading this wants an amazing sales person that actually takes care of you go see Jesse at Peoria Dodge Ram.

It was a nice experience. Both the manager and the sales person were knowledgeable and polite . They understood that buying a car it is a large expense, so they wanted to be sure that I am happy with the car and the price. The truck is the second truck that I bought from them in three years. It was a pleasant experience
