Buyer beware is an understatement with this place.
Buyer beware is an understatement with this place. Pay attention to the sales sheet that list all the cost and your final total. Most notably is the double destination charges and the "pre-installed" tracking/vehicle recovery system. Lets start with the tracker. They are charging $899 for something that costs around $50 and has the same capability that is provided by Onstar for FREE for three years. When you tell them that you are not interested in having a 3rd party tracker in your vehicle they will tell you that is pre-installed and the cost will not be removed. If you really don't want the tracker you can pay them to remove it. What a joke. Then there is the other scam charge of an additional inflated destination charge. The vehicle manufacture is required to provide a window sticker outlining the costs of the vehicle, specifically to protect consumers from these scams. The window sticker shows the cost of the vehicle + installed options + the destination charge that they charge the dealer to get the MSRP. This dealer will then take the MSRP (that included the $1450 destination) show a discount ($2200 in my case), then add a $1900 "destination" and $899 for the tracker. Putting the price of the vehicle almost $600 OVER MSRP before taxes/tags/doc fee. When you call them out on the extra destination charge they will quickly point out that their website states that all prices do not include destination. When we went back to grade school math and showed our work, I circled the two destination charges and asked "how is this not a double destination charge?" I was only met with an insistence that is not a double charge because the website said all prices do not include the destination. At that point it was time to find another dealer. I ended up buying the exact same vehicle for almost $4000 less at a GMC dealer in Woodbridge. Do your homework and email all the dealers around that have the vehicle you want and ask them to provide you with the out the door price. Negotiate your deal from there and you will quickly find who wants to earn your business and who is trying to scam you out of every penny they can.

🚨 BUYER BEWARE: DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK BEFORE YOU
🚨 BUYER BEWARE: DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK BEFORE YOU SIGN! 🚨 I want to start this review by giving a big shoutout to my sales representative, Heather, and finance manager, Devon. They were fantastic to work with, and I have zero complaints about their professionalism and customer service during my recent vehicle purchase from Front Royal Buick GMC. The Experience: My journey began on January 8, 2025, when I drove an hour and a half to check out a few trucks I had seen on the dealership's website. As I was driving through the lot, Heather was standing outside in the freezing cold and stopped to greet me. She immediately grabbed some keys, and we started looking at the truck I was most interested in. After a test drive, we sat down to go over the numbers. Unfortunately, with my trade-in, we were too far apart in price to make a deal that day. After returning home, I listed my vehicle on Facebook Marketplace and sold it within two days for $9,500 more than the trade-in offer from the dealership. With my trade-in out of the equation, I reached back out to Heather and asked for the best price on a different truck they had on the lot—same year, make, model, and trim, just with slightly different options. She sent me a photo of the deal, which included my name, address, phone number, dealership details, vehicle information, and a full breakdown of all line items: Retail Price, Savings + Rebate, Selling Price, Taxes, Doc Fee, Government Fee, and the total out-the-door price. I called Heather shortly after receiving the deal and told her I wanted to move forward with the purchase. Since I likely wouldn’t be able to return until the end of the week, I asked if I could put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. She informed me that the dealership didn’t accept deposits, but I decided to go ahead and start the credit application anyway. The Bait-and-Switch Attempt: The next day, I found a ride and made the 1.5-hour drive back to the dealership to finalize the deal. When I arrived, Heather told me the truck was in the detailing bay. She brought it over, I took it for a final test drive, and then I was ready to sign the paperwork. However, when I sat down at her desk, I noticed that the deal sheet had changed. The same document format was there—with my information—but the total price was now different from what we had previously agreed upon. A new $1,995 charge had been added for “shipping and freight,” along with an additional $1,000 in discounts, meaning the total was now $995 higher than the agreed-upon price. I immediately pointed this out to Heather, who went to get the sales manager. The sales manager came over, and I showed him the original deal sent to me on my phone. His response? “We’re losing money on this deal… etc., etc.” Then he tried justifying the charge by saying: “Well, if you look at the website, we can charge… etc., etc.” I asked him point-blank: "Am I supposed to receive an official deal sheet from you and then go cross-check fine print on the website?" At that point, I was ready to walk out without the vehicle. As I got up, the sales manager asked me to give him a minute and walked back to his desk. After some back-and-forth, he returned and agreed to honor the original deal. I finalized the paperwork and left with the truck that evening. Final Thoughts: This was, without a doubt, the shadiest situation I have ever encountered at a dealership. This was a 100% bait-and-switch move, hoping I wouldn't notice the added fee and would just accept it since I had already sold my vehicle and driven 1.5 hours to get this one. Yes, in the grand scheme of an $84,000 purchase, $995 isn’t a huge amount—but this was about principle. If they had honored the original deal from the start, this would have been an easy five-star review. Instead, I left feeling extremely disappointed that they attempted to sneak in extra charges at the last minute. 🚨 BUYER BEWARE: DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK BEFORE YOU SIGN! 🚨

My sincerest thanks and appreciation to Logan and the service department for accommodating an emergency repair. My family and I were on our way back to NJ and towing our camper when the vacuum assist for the brakes failed on our Sierra. By the grace of God we safely made it to their dealership and Logan got the truck diagnosed and repaired within a few hours while my family and I waited in our camper at the back of their lot. Thank you again for all your help and assistance!

Kristin was an amazing salesperson!
Kristin was an amazing salesperson! She contacted me about the vehicle I wanted and got the ball rolling. I could not get there till Sunday when all the banks would be closed so we submitted paperwork. I drove away on Sunday with an awesome truck and a great experience.

I love my Acadia.
I love my Acadia. I know it isn't the fanciest car on the lot, but we drove 2 hours from PA to get it. Mike was very sweet and communicated well through the sales process. PENNDOT is taking their sweet time with my plates, but that is no fault to the dealer. I did not have a full tank of gas when we left the lot, the car was not freshly detailed, and it was not newly serviced....it was late at night by the time we were done with business, so I figured no big deal as I was so happy with our new 3rd row car. But when my car had some serious issues within the first month of purchase, I became a bit concerned. We hadn't even made the first payment and the AC didn't work, fan was loud...it needed a compressor. As we live 2 hours away, I was a bit unhappy with the fact I had to spend the gas in 2 vehicles to get it down and back. Josh made that right and made sure I had a full tank of gas when I picked it back up, I appreciated that. I became concerned again when I was told that my warranty did not kick in until 60 days after purchase....again we hadn't even made a payment on this new car and it was having problems.....however Armando told me he got some managers involved and we had no costs out of pocket - which was the right thing to do and I was very appreciative of that effort. I asked for the car to be serviced while there. I marked it on the paper when I dropped my keys in the drop box and communicated a good bit with Josh via text about that. It did not get serviced. (why the car didn't have a FRESH oil change when I bought it, I am not sure it was at 29% but that might just be a normal procedure so its fine). Armando in service gave me his card and told me to take it to any local GM dealer and he would take care of any costs. I appreciated him making that right for me very much. So in total, I love my car. I am not overly pleased with the issues with it - but I am very pleased with the dealer and staff making it right for me. Things happen, and instead of me being pushed aside, everyone went above and beyond for me. We are looking to buy another truck and as long as we have no issues in the future, we will be back down from Bedford, PA to get a Duramax.
