Write a reviewIf I could leave a zero star review I would. Called Car guru on Sunday. They passed the information on to the dealer. Call the dealer Monday morning. Wanted to leave a down payment on a car was told they do not accept the down payment. Call them Tuesday morning, on our way with cash in hand before they open and was told somebody put money down on the car and it is no longer available. Would like to know why they would not accept my down payment, but did accept somebody else’s terrible terrible business.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating that must have been. After speaking with our sales team and management, no one recalls a conversation with a customer regarding a deposit on a vehicle that was already sold. Please feel free to give me a call directly at 330-430-0000. I’d be happy to personally review our recorded calls with you to confirm that you were speaking with someone from our dealership and to ensure we get to the bottom of what happened. Thank you for bringing this to our attention — we truly value every customer and want to make sure your concerns are addressed.— Robert, Ohio Auto Warehouse LLC
I bought a 2003 Blue corvette convertible last year . I had issues with it for 2 months with reducing power . It was in the shop back and forth from Madison Ohio to Canton Ohio. They fixed the problem and found the wires that was shorting out on the fender wall. So for them to stand behind it was outstanding !! I would recommend them to anyone !! Robert the owner was there to help get this car fixed !! Thank You for all your help !!

I had been looking for a corvette since January when an internet add from Ohio Auto Warehouse caught my eye. I live in Boston and the car was in Ohio. I enquired about the car and received a call from Brian Long. I explained that he would have to work the sale, pretend he was the buyer and build trust. I was blown away with Brian’s responsiveness and willingness to point out anything on the car that would bother him. Knowing that could ruin the sale. He took lots of pictures and video for me. I purchased the car from Boston. It was delivered three days later and it is the best car purchase I have had. No xxxxxxxx, no haggle, no bait and switch. Brian is a top notch professional. You would be crazy to go anywhere else. Thank you Brian for putting up with a very detailed pain in the xxx from Boston.

My experience with Ohio Auto Warehouse from start to finish was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever encountered. Kevin & Brian were patient, professional, and just overall great guys to work with during the entire transaction. It felt like these guys really wanted me to help me in any way they could to make this dream of mine come true. If you are reading this and considering purchasing your next car, I urge you to consider OAW.

I recently purchased a 1994 Admiral Blue Corvette Convertible on 2/15/23. Initial contact and conversations went well with Aerion and Kevin. I came to see the car when I said I would, and left a deposit/down payment with them upon leaving. I followed up as I said I would on Monday morning. Got my finances in order on Wednesday and picked up the car and paid it in full that night. Everything was delivered by me, as I am a man of my word. When I arrived to the dealership to drive the car home(since I live 40 minutes away), I tried to start the car in the garage, and it just clicked(this happened in front of one of their employees-not sure who). On the third time, it turned over, and I drove the car home. The car was “As is” upon purchase, which I understand. That said, Kevin told me, “if you have any problems, just bring it back, and we’ll take care of it”. On Thursday night(less than 24 hours after getting car home to my garage), the car kept clicking upon trying to start it. It obviously needs a new starter/solenoid. I videoed this on my phone to prove it, and sent it to the office number. In the morning, I received a reply from Aerion(which was great). He offered to put me in touch with Carl(Service Mgr-I think). I tt Carl, and he said that he would talk to the owner, only to never hear from the dealership again, after multiple tries from me. Nothing! Not one call, text, voicemail. Pretty sub standard in my opinion. They even witnessed it not starting. I know what “as is” is, however they should have just fixed it. Total price would be about $275 for starter, and an hour’s worth of labor. Total cost to dealership would be about $350. If you see my ratings below, I try to be fair(this isn’t just a crappy reference, but fair). Nice talking to you, and thanks for the follow up Ohio Auto Warehouse. The epitome of “collect the check, and run”. It just didn’t need to get weird, as I am a reasonable person. I had a nice, normal, pleasant conversation with Aerion and Carl, only to never be heard from again. Side note, the car is fine, and was represented appropriately with this exception in mind. I wonder if I will hear from them now😂.

Hi Ben, Robert Smith here. I'm sorry to hear you are still having an issue with your recent purchase. I reached out to you once prior to your review and 3 times after your review from my cell phone. We did have some brief down time with our shop manager being out sick for a week. If you still need assistance, please reach out.
Update: Robert(owner) called me and finally left a message regarding my Corvette. I called him back and we had a very nice discussion about my concerns. He told me that he had to let some employees go, and that they were slightly understaffed. He apologized to me, and offered to come and pick up the car, which they did.😄. Cody came out on Saturday 3/11, and returned my Corvette on Wednesday, 3/15. Ohio Auto Warehouse replaced the starter, and now the car seems to be in perfect working order. I appreciate Robert’s follow up(which was the right thing to do), and urgency upon my prior review. Thank you Robert/Ohio Auto Warehouse for making it right.
Very clear and no bs! Love the attention and effort to make the customer happy, worth the 6 hour drive!!!
