my service rep,Juliana advised me it would several hours to repair my truck and offered a ride home. I accepted and sure enough she called and advised my truck was done. she is the best.

Although I assumed the worst it turned out that the repair was minor. Tom Bell fixed it anyway at now charge, and also returned my car home to me.
