Oh my Goodness.

Oh my Goodness. I love my service writer Gerald! with every question, he has a solution! He listens, he gives you information and then lets you decide what is best for you. This is my first Chevy and I was worried about changing automotive brands. I went to the same dealership to purchase and service for 30 years. But honestly, the only regret is that I didn't look at a Chevy at Tom Bell Chevy sooner. From the purchase, to the service, I would not change a thing! Thank you Gerald for taking care of my car, and for providing amazing customer service.

was not a great buying experience , from their listing

was not a great buying experience , from their listing adding features that were not on the car ... the fact that it had a full inspection , yet when I got it home and wheels were turned , the middle of the tires were bald, I wonder what else is bad too . Still waiting on my purchase invoice , never received . Offered half price for my trade in , and full price plus for my purchase . After sales support not there . Promise to send , promise for some credit ... no action , no call back as told to me . Thank you ... next ...They need to find their A game this is a small community dealership ... expected more .

she took care of my needs correctly, she was able to get me a loaner vehicle, she was able to get warranty coverage. I will only get sevice and buy another vehicle from this location.

The Tom Bell sales staff went out of their way to ensure

The Tom Bell sales staff went out of their way to ensure that I was able to get into the car that I wanted with the payments that I could afford. When I entered the lot the sales person, Billy showed me all of the cars that I wanted to see. Opening them up and showing and telling me about all of the aspects of each SUV model. Upon delivery Billy walked me through all of the functions of the SUV. The sales management team Jimmy and Johnny were able to get me the price without all of the drama of the back and forth negotiations. This is my first Chevy product and I would highly recommend this dealership without hesitation. To the staff at Tom Bell, YOU are the reason that I purchased a car at this dealership! Thank You
