    I went to get my car service two times before and every time I had to come back because something was done incorrectly, like my turbo not being put In... correctly and hoses coming Unhooked after services being done on my car, causing multiple problems,this last time I came they got my hood stuck and couldn’t open it for hours, they said “maybe we left a rag in it can we drill a hole in your hood to see” they also kept prolonging my service date, I asked to get everything taken care of as I am in warranty still, they stated I was not in warranty and would have to pay, I called my warranty provider and sure enough I was fully covered, no one at this dealer seemed to care or even feel the slightest bit of remorse for all the trouble they had caused, i eventually got so fed up I had to go to a different dealer, I would not recommend nor would I ever go back to this facility!

    very unprofessional tried all week long to get a call back from finance department , will keep trying numbers from contract don't add up and are not what... we agreed on pencil whipped
