I've been having my Chevy Tahoe Serviced by Tom Bell for years and have recently have had the pleasure of working with Brian Benson. Brian is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to servicing and advise for my vehicle. He has great communication skills, he always keeps me in the loop, and his customer service is top notch! I'd definitely recommend Brian to anyone looking to get their GM vehicle serviced. He is honest, up front, and helpful.

This dealer advertises very low prices on CARS.

This dealer advertises very low prices on CARS.COM then adds thousands of dollars in dealer add-ons and invented rebates that nobody can qualify for. Avoid this place like the plague! My complaint to Cars.com is being investigated. Don't be conned by these scammers!

A part needed replacing.

A part needed replacing. It took longer than expected but my staff member Dan was communicative during the process and gave me a complimentary courtesy car since it was taking so long.

I dropped my car off on friday and received a phone call

I dropped my car off on friday and received a phone call from the receptionist and asked me if i was going to show up for my appt and i said please check with your service manager because my car was dropped off friday and she continued to tell me my car was not there and asked me if i dropped it off somewhere else. Now keep in mind this is my first experience with this dealership. She left the line and came back and again told me my car was not there. I asked her to go physically check and came back again and said its not there. At that time i asked for the service manager and he came on the phone and said yes we have your vehicle. This is not a good feeling when this is a new dealership for me.. i brought my 2021 corvette that i just bought and spent a lot of money on. Then when i come to pick up my vehicle the service agent Hayley told me i had a scratch on my car and i know for a fact i brought my vehicle in with no scratches i had the car for two weeks. Then when she followed up with me tried to tell me i brought the car in with the scratch and i feel extremely over whelmed and taken advantage of. I then followed up next day with her and asked for a managers number and she gave me Jeremys number and i called and left him a vm and followed up with Hayley asking for him to call me and this never happened. I called again today and left another vm with Jeremy. At this point i want my money back and i will never come back or refer this dealership to anyone.

Never again

Truck was dropped off at 9 am for a due bill which included detailing, a second key, and a driver side mirror replacement. Approximately 3 pm I asked about the status of my truck and was informed that it would not be available until noon the next day. I was promised same day if I dropped off in the morning. I then asked when did the truck get to the detailers. I was informed it was there at 2 pm. Why would I schedule and be promised an appointment at 9 with same day return if my truck is going to sit in the lot? A key is estimated 30 mins to program and cut, I?ll give the service team a hour for a mirror even though that is more than enough time. If I schedule an appointment and miss it then I have to reschedule but your service department can sit on their job and everything is supposed to be okay? By far the worst service. I will not be going back to Tom bell for any scheduling of services or to purchase a vehicle. You have a terrible reputation when it comes to your ratings and I was like you know what let me give them a chance and sure enough, your dealership lives up to the xxxx poor reviews. I will highlight that Chance and Duran (I believe is how you spell it) is excellent but other than that, you either need to train, motivate, or replace your employees. And yes this review will be going other places as well!

Tom Bell Chevrolet service experience

Brought in my newly purchased vehicle for a repair that was on my due bill to be welcomed in and insured they will handle the job carefully. Turns out that the hood scoop on the truck is made of plastic and it will need to be ordered painted and installed and scheduled for a later time. Damon and staff in service have been great.
