Tom Bell Chevrolet service experience

Brought in my newly purchased vehicle for a repair that was on my due bill to be welcomed in and insured they will handle the job carefully. Turns out that the hood scoop on the truck is made of plastic and it will need to be ordered painted and installed and scheduled for a later time. Damon and staff in service have been great.

Good service.

The service is good and it is affordable. My car runs great. they take me right in anytime I get there. They have a clean waiting room and provide car service if you need to go home between drop off and picking up the car.

Best car buying experience ever!

Corey Gaston at Tom Bell Chevrolet was exceptionally helpful, efficient, and honest /direct. It was the best car purchase experience I have had and I am 63 and have purchased quite a few cars. We were in and out of the dealership with a new Bolt EUV in less than two hours, including financing. I am very happy with my experience at Tom Bell Chevrolet, and even happier with my new Bolt EUV!

Don't buy from Tom Bell Chevy!

Don't buy from Tom Bell Chevy!!!!!!! I bought a 2016 Silverado worked out the deal then went to sign paperwork. Was already approved by my Credit union. took home truck then realized that then charged me $599 over agreed price. Called my bank 2 weeks later to find out why has not been added to my account and come to find they canceled contract with my credit union and opened a account with LBS financial without my notice and even sign my name to open said account. I Called and get the run around all the time. So now i have to wait to get my registrations to refinance to my own back. Its very shaddy place BE FOR WARNED ABOUT BUYING FORM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tom bell is good
