From the moment we arrived on the lot I realized it was different. Our salesperson Keith was very relaxed and laid back. He did not jump on us as soon as we parked our car. My wife hates to go car shopping because they always ignore her and talk directly to me but Keith was different. He took his time with us, narrowed it down to 3 Volkswagen Passats, showed us all 3. We went on a test drive and it was that simple. We already had an approval for the loan but Keith thought it was high, and it was. He got us a rate 3% less than our bank! After we were done he recommended a little puerto rican restaurant at the oceanfront and that was amazing also! Go to Elite.
