    My experience from elite motors was the worst car purchasing experience I have ever encountered. I went into elite to purchase a car and my initial experience... with great, I purchased the car and was happy. I had a pleasant experience for the 1st year after that, the nightmare began. Every time I went in to pay my payment, I never had any problems the lady that I dealt with month to month kept me updated with my pay off balance and provided excellent customer service, I went in the next time and she was no longer there. I went in to pay my monthly car note, this new lady informed me that they weren't caught up with their books so just pay and everything will be alright. After paying my last due car note, I decided I was going to pay off my car a little in advance so I went up to elite motors asked for my pay off balance (mind you I knew how much I owed because the last person kept me informed) the lady told me I owed almost $1500 more than I did. I found some of the receipts to make that balance go down but couldn't find all of them. I did pay off my car with them but after giving them an extra $1000. They were rude and did not help me at all, that's probably why every time I went to pay my car note there was no one there. If there is anyone out there who was considering buying a car, just don't. There is so many other places you can go, save your headache.

    Please avoid this dealer and purchase your car elsewhere. I purchased a car from them they had received back from another party. When the engine went out... two weeks after I bought it, their mechanic patched the engine instead of fixing it. The patch lasted just long enough for the warranty to expire. For the sake of your family, I recommend shopping elsewhere for your vehicles.

    Tried contacting this dealership several times both via email and phone calls. Never was able to get a hold if someone. Had a few simple questions to ask... before deciding to stop by or not. Buyers, go somewhere where they actually WANT to make sales and contact customers!

    Have tried contacting this dealership multiple times via email and phone calls but haven't been successful. Had a few questions to ask before deciding... if the trip to the dealership was worth it. Now I know, it's not! Buyers, go somewhere where they actually WANT to sell cars!!

    I am giving a poor rating for this dealership.Reason being i did receive a confirmation email but never received a call back or email into my inquiry on... my vehicle that i was interested in.
