Labor rates are way too expensive.
Labor rates are way too expensive. Mechanics are not very knowable. Will always find something else wrong with vehicle that it is not even in there for that particular service.

It is absolutely pathetic that one dealer can not repair
It is absolutely pathetic that one dealer can not repair a new vehicle purchased from another when the issue was identified during the pre-delivery inspection. Chrysler, Dodge, Ram should be ashamed of this practice. simply inexcusable and the only reason for the low review, NOT BECAUSE OF PRESTON’S, but a Chrysler,Dodge,Ram corporate policy issue!!

It is absolutely pathetic that one dealer can not repair a new vehicle purchased from another when the issue was identified during the pre-delivery inspection. Chrysler, Dodge, Ram should be ashamed of this practice. simply inexcusable and the only reason for the low review, NOT BECAUSE OF PRESTON’S, but a Chrysler,Dodge,Ram corporate policy issue!!

I had to take my car back in again for a problem I keep
I had to take my car back in again for a problem I keep having with my headlights. Not only did they fix it, they didn’t even charge me because I had been there a few months earlier! I was shocked and surprised! They have a permanent return customer in me from now on!
