Great Experience

The staff was great to work with and was easy going and friendly. Made the purchase experience easy would def recommend Joe Trocci in the Sales department if you are looking for a new vehicle.

Don't buy here

Wow....don't know where to start. We had a verbal agreement on a car and then scheduled an appointment and went there on Wednesday to find out they had relinquished on their part of the deal. After saying it was a deal breaker on our end after sitting for 45 minutes their sales manager Mark Root decided they would come to our original agreement. After all of this wasted time we could not stay because we had to get our kids off of the school bus at 3. We then scheduled an appointment for 2 days later on Friday. They ran our credit info on Thursday evening and we were approved. I then get a call to verify we would be keeping our appointment tomorrow, to which I confirmed we would be there. I then get a call at 8:15 stating they sold the car. Mark Munnell the salesman we had been dealing with said he was not there when the sold the car but that was a LIE he is actually the one who sold it to the other people. Found that out from Mark Root. When I called Mark Root today to Express my disappointment with the experience he did not even have the decency to hang up before he started to complain to another person about me. Talked with Bobby Preston with just being told sorry and thank you telling them about this to help improve their customer relations. If they want to improve their customer relations they need to get rid of Mark Root and Mark Munnell. They lie, change deals and sells cars from underneath of you. Long story short, don't buy from here.

great communication.

It was very important that I had a good description and photos of the vehicle on line because I had a long drive to get there to see the vehicle and did not want to waste a trip. After talking to a salesmen on the phone, I made the trip. They were waiting for me and knew exactly what I was there for and who I was.

Excellent car shopping experience

I contacted a salesperson after store hours through the online contact feature on their website which is very convenient. A salesperson named John Rapko quickly contacted me back through email. I explained to him what I was looking for, what I wanted, and the cost to lease the vehicle I wanted. He contacted me back the next morning with exactly what I wanted, what I was looking for, and the cost per month to lease the vehicle I wanted. I set up an appointment for that day to go see the vehicle and test drive it. I told him I just wanted to look at it and test drive it. I didn?t want to be making any decisions that day. When I arrived, he already had a costumer, so instead of making me wait, he had another salesperson named Jordan take me to see the vehicle and test drive it. Both salesmen were very nice, and personable without being pushy. Later that night, I decided to contact John to see about a lower price and he said he?d speak to his Sales Manager the next morning. He contacted me the next morning with a reasonable price and I was sold. I went in later that day to purchase the vehicle. Once I arrived, John quickly got my information for my credit check and we went over some additional features I would be getting through the Preston Advantage program. He then sent me to the Finance Manager, Valerie, who was very friendly, personable, easy to speak, and knowledgeable. If you are thinking about buying or leasing a Jeep, consider this location as an option. You won?t regret it!

Preston Motors

I had another great experience at Prestons. Was there yesterday and met Jordan Smiley. He was super. Helped us to find a new Camry and was just great to work with. Wowsa

Wow, and I mean Wow! Where do I start? With the "Presto" price... What a joke! They were over $3,000 more than comparable vehicles, most had less mileage. Then, the "salesman" which I'm pretty sure had some kind of "problem", was absolutely horrible! I have bought vehicles from this dealership in the past with no problems. My how times have changed. If you are an impulse buyer with bad credit, maybe this is your store. Not for me!
