I had an unpleasant experience with salesmen named Emil at Toyota of Riverside. I bought 2020 Tacoma, and I thought I was going to pay the Original MSRP Sticker price, but I ended up paying more than that, $2,800 more because there was another market adjustment sticker on the vehicle according to the salesman which I did not see it and he did not mention it. This is not the way to do business, I feel cheated and angry. So I called him the next day after the purchase, and he start swearing that the markup sticker was on the vehicle, and he promised that he will make it up on my next purchase, which is not going to happen.

Great salesman and customer service. I would recommend it to families and friends. I would definitely go to this dealer and purchase new vehicles from there in the nearest future.
