I had an amazing purchase experience, starting with a fantastic and responsive young salesman Andrew D. His communication response time was very quick. We connected via phone and I did all the negotiating over the phone, they were able to dealer trade to get the exact vehicle my wife and I were searching for (2026 Ash Green Passport Elite). Cody the Sales Manager took the reigns to acquire the car while Andrew and I finalized our deal. I then worked with Cody for the add ons I did want, and did not have to fight about add ons I didn't want. Being part of a massive chain for Lithia Motors, I opted for the lifetime oil change since they have so many destinations in North America. Even if we move out of state, we have confidence we can utilize and take full advantage of this prepaid service. And although I whole heartedly trust Honda quality, with a new model year, and even more electronics in a vehicle, I opted for the 7yr/80k warranty, something I typically would not buy. I got a great deal on the purchase and used some of those savings to invest back into the vehicle since we plan to keep the vehicle a very long time. Cristian in finance was quick and to the point since we knew we would use Honda finance for this purchase, and we had no interest in any other offers that finaince folks may try to upsell.. Everything was seemless and all was in order for when we arived in person to pick up the vehicle. Great team at DCH Honda of Temecula. It was worth our 60 mile commute to complete this deal! I highly recommend.

I was in need of a car and called but they were closing

I was in need of a car and called but they were closing so I was rushed through the sale. I could've waited a day but they insisted I go in. The car didn't even seem washed for 5 years but it was exactly what I wanted. A couple of months later radiator fluid floods the oil and the car is now trash. It was sold to me with a failing head gasket. The previous owner still had things in it so I reached out to them and they were aware. Mentioned that is why they traded the car in. I had to buy a Tesla a couple months after my dream Accord and now I am paying for both cars. The Tesla was even cheaper with lower miles and problem free. DCH refused to help me in any way because the car was used and purchased as is. I have a $25,000 Accord sitting in my garage collecting dust.

Jeremie, I do not see any emails from you in my inbox. You purchased the vehicle as-is in January 2024. I spoke with my service manager, and he mentioned you had driven the vehicle 35,000 miles without issues. When you brought it in for overheating, we verified the head gasket failure, but you declined any repairs. I have left this review a couple of places and always get the same email. I have emailed each time and never receive a response to the email. I even told the service writer the situation and paid over a hundred to hear your company say it and ???? Nothing. Even when I told the service writer your company sold me the car already faulty I was given attitude. When I took the car in it was probably only a few months since I had it. I also called Capital One since I went in prequalified and they referred you as a "preferred dealer" and made them aware. Since I've already bought a Tesla it would benefit me just to let the car get repo and pay a fraction of what it would cost to fix and continue paying. I will not do that and find someone local to fix it. I do really appreciate your public response but it is like a giver in the church screaming out loud how much he is giving though the envelope is empty. Thanks anyway

Their "Lowest Price Guarantee" is total xx. I provided a written quote from another dealership, using the Costco Auto Buying service. They refused to beat the total MSRP, match it and also refused to send me a written quote with their best price. STAY FAR AWAY from this dealership if you value integrity and transparency. They will rob you blind.

If you want a poor post-sales experience and to be

If you want a poor post-sales experience and to be verbally insulted by the Service Department then this is a dealership for you. Once the sale was completed the quality of service collapsed. Numerous emails, text messages, and phone calls went ignored. Computer screen stopped working after six days and when we finally got a response we were told "that this happens all the time." When I called the service department I was verbally accosted for no reason. Rude, abrasive, ignorant and totally unprofessional. I wrote a letter of complaint to the service manager, general manager, and the dealership manager but did not receive a response. Take my advice--take your business to a reputable and professional dealership.
