2017. I purchased my traverse from guarantee Chevrolet. I only take my car to the dealership for service. Nothing better than knowing that your extended warranty covers tens of thousands of dollars in service costs for the overall maintenance of my vehicle!

Customer service really bad in the service department. I'll wait for days and nobody call me back to let me know what happened with my truck

Martin sales person very friendly and professional. Erik on finance was also very professional and friendly. Enjoyed choosing Guaranty Chevrolet and I will recommend to family and friends.

Employees are friendly and efficient. Repair costs are higher than expected and make it difficult to manage on a fixed income. Especially wen required maintenance is due to poorly designed and inadequately tested features of Chevrolet products.

Mr Leo always has been very helpful. I will keep going back until he is there.

I asked for an update and I wait for 2.5hrs and nothing happened. I got an appointment but the excuse was they have only 1 technician. So don t do appointment if you don’t have the right labor in house.
