VW commonwealth has the best service EVER!!! I had hard time with other locations but this one was the BEST. At first, Holly helped me a lot with the paperwork and he was really helpful getting me the car I want! Holly was really fast responding my calls and emails, and he was very patient with me if I didn't understand something. Another guy named Moe helped me with the right budget and gave a great deal for the right amount. When I went to the VW commonwealth, it took me less than 30 minutes in financial office to get the deal. Another guy named Brian,was explaining paperwork clearly to make me understand everything with VW contract. Overall, the staff were SUPER NICE and SUPER FRIENDLY. I strongly recommend anyone who is having hard time with getting the deals with your right budget and great service, then just go to VW COMMONWEALTH SANTA ANA. Ask for Holly and Moe. 3 Days ago, I called Commonwealth VW to ask for a sales rep whom I have bought my car from 4 months ago and had a great experience, I was informed that he moved to another state, however, I was transferred to Holly Setiadi, he is the internet sales rep. I was upfront with him and told him generally what I was looking for, and confirmed that they have my car in their stock. I had a price in mind, and wasn't going to budge much, just because I had other less luxurious options that I was completely happy with down the street. I made my way to the dealership, met with Holly, and to make a not so long story shorter, I was able to drive home with a Passat that is much more upgraded than I had in mind for less than what I initially had in mind to pay, and all in less than 2 hours. Holly is the man to go to over there. he is super friendly and will close the deal for you. thank you Commonwealth VW again for another great car purchase...you guys will sure get my future business and referrals.
