⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Truly Exceptional Service at Tustin Toyota Auto Repair! My husband and I can’t say enough great things about Kevin Gordon and the Tustin Toyota Service Department. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were in good hands. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure our vehicle was properly taken care of—and we also want to acknowledge the incredible repair technicians working behind the scenes. Their skill, honesty, and professionalism deserve just as much recognition. Our experience with Kevin actually began at Elmore Toyota in Westminster, California, where another dealership had previously told us we had a serious brake issue that needed immediate attention. Concerned, we sought a second opinion—and that’s when we met Kevin. He had one of their top technicians inspect our vehicle thoroughly. To our relief, Kevin and the technician both confirmed that our brakes were in good condition and did not need to be replaced at that time—which saved us money, stress, and time. That level of honesty is rare, especially when vehicle repairs can be expensive. The previous dealership even warned us they wouldn't be responsible if we left without getting the brakes replaced. But Kevin’s approach was completely different—transparent, ethical, and never pressuring. When we later needed a new battery, we knew exactly who to go to. Even after Kevin transferred to another dealership, we followed him—just like several other loyal customers—because of his unwavering integrity and professionalism. That was over nine years ago, and to this day, Kevin remains a trusted advisor and a dedicated part of Tustin Toyota’s Auto Repair Service Team. It’s rare to find someone in the auto industry who is not only highly skilled but also truly trustworthy. Best Toyota dealership in Orange County!

Best Toyota dealership in Orange County! Everyone who works there is so professional, helpful and kind. I go to Tustin Toyota religiously for years. I find that it’s easiest and smoothest to work with the same service advisor each time, if possible. I always request Ben H, he always takes care of me, but if Ben isn’t available, then Kevin and Tim are also fantastic.

My wife and I went in to buy a new car.

My wife and I went in to buy a new car. Favian Frias and Edwin Lugo helped us. It was a great experience. There was no pressure and they took the time to answer all our questions before we made our decision. Once we decided, the exact car we wanted was not in stock. They worked like crazy and located what we wanted at another location and arranged to have it brought to their dealership so we could get what we wanted. The vehicle arrived after closing, but Favian drove the car to our house that night to deliver it to us. Awesome service and dedication. They made buying this car fun. Totally recommend Favian to anyone looking to buy.

Tustin Toyota is a we run dealership with an excellent

Tustin Toyota is a we run dealership with an excellent service department. They have experienced service writers ( Loren Rogers is the professional that I work with) that can explain exactly why the work recommended by the service technicians is required. The service technicians do excellent quality repairs using high quality factory parts. Even though this dealership is further away for me than others, I go there due to the prompt, quality work that they do and the overall excellent service experience.
