Korina Ruiz was very rude.

Korina Ruiz was very rude..she was unprofessional......please keep away from Korina if you go shopping at this dealer....very bad experience as a customer....I don't recommend this place to buy your car..

Stay away from this place!

Stay away from this place! I was there to purchase a new 2024 Corolla. The sales rep and I went over the car. She leaves her desk and returns with the Floor manager. He and I agree on a price and shake hands. They both congratulate me on my purchase. They both leave their desk to gather some paperwork. They return with the dealership manager. He sits down and tells me he can’t sell it for that price and wanted nearly $2000 more than our already agreed upon offer. I declined and left. After talking to another sales rep at another dealership he said he used to work there and they have a reputation for the bait and switch game. I bought the same car at another dealership for $2500 less. This Dealership manager has no integrity to honor an already committed deal by his staff. This is a huge negative for the dealership and its reputation. I wouldn’t give “Toyota Place” the time of day after that experience and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend them. In fact, I’m posting this on other venues and telling as many as possible of my experience. If I could give them less than one star I would. STAY AWAY FROM TOYOTA PLACE IN GARDEN GROVE, CA. They’re crooks!

Found Certified Rav4 online at several websites. Set up a test drive - Was looking to replace a Camry that was recently in an accident with a RAV 4 for my daughter. After lots of research online, we found the car we were interested in at ToyotaPlace in Garden Grove (see ads below). After test driving and review of the options, we indicated we would like to purchase the auto at the advertised price (see below). No add-ons. The sales manager came out with a quote different than what was requested at an additional $6,000 ($2k each for paint coating, lojak and security system). We had indicated we did not want those items and the Sales Manager (Tony) indicated he’d need approval to sell the car at the advertised price. Yes, that seems silly doesn’t it. After we waited for about 10-15 minutes, we let the Sale person (Hang Le) and the Manager (Tony), know we would still like to do the deal, but won’t able to stay much longer. It was then that Tony indicated we would not sell the car at the advertised price. I asked for the sales GM’s name and left a message on his machine. I unfortunately am quite soured at the interaction and am embarrassed for those workers there. Hang did a fine job, yet her manager was quite unethical and I see now why the ratings are low. I find it hard to believe Toyota would promote a CPO campaign and let dealers behave like this. I would still do the deal, but would not work with this sales team. Avoid this place.

At Toyota Place you feel certain that you will find

At Toyota Place you feel certain that you will find curtious, proffessional and very knowlegable staff and a manager who puts your interest and your satisfaction ahead of his and makes them his first priority. The whole experience is comforting, it puts you at ease feeling that you are treated with dignity and honesty. I have dealt with Toyota Place for years , i am 88 years old and I live in Corona and yet i drive the distance because i know that i will get what I want . I tip my hat to you Toyota Place. I highly recommend that you make Toyota Place your first place to visit when you need to buy or lease your next vehicle, you will not regret it my family and friends already are Toyota Place customers. It is the place where customers suddenly become Toyota family members. I love Toyota Place

Service dept

Brought my 2022 Corolla Hybrid in for a scheduled maintenance on a busy morning and got the car back before the estimated time. Great customer service. Looking forward to any future car needs with them.

Thank you for quality service

I went to Toyota place for an inspection because my car engine was on, and I got friendly and high quality service from them, they even checked the rest of the car for me, I really appreciate it. I will recommend their service to friends. Thank you very much again here.

Last week I brought my Toyota Camry2007 to Toyota Place,

Last week I brought my Toyota Camry2007 to Toyota Place, Garden Grove, for recall services. Unfortunately, today, 12/13/2022, I could have lost my life on freeway when my car kept running at a high speed despite my trying releasing the gas and pressing brake.

Don’t buy from this dealership

Bought a brand new 2022 Toyota Camry xse v6 and after about 70+ miles, check engine light came on, along with this loud, clicking noises from the engine. Took it to the service and was told that one of the cylinders/pistons were defective and they would need to take the whole bottom half of the engine apart and put it back together…. On a brand new car. What’s really angered me and my family was the way they handled the issue. They would just straight up start ignoring all your calls/texts if a problem arises after you sign the lease. Please save yourselves the headache and avoid this dealership like a plague.
